Another afternoon ice-skating! Ice-skating is one of the things I do to fuel my happiness. I love the sound of my skates on the ice and I love that continuous flow of movement. I very quickly get into a state of deep relaxation and everything else simply fades away. One of my goals for next year is to participate in an ice-skating ‘marathon’ on real ice, in stillness surrounded by nature.
